Terms of Service

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the "Sakura Link" platform (the "Service") provided by 株式会社366アドバイザリー (the "Company"). By using the Service, individual customers (the "Customer") agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Service Content and Usage Procedures)

1. The Service is a platform that supports payments for tuition fees and program costs to educational institutions both domestically and internationally. Based on the application content, the Company or its partner financial institutions and payment processors will carry out the procedures.

2. Customers must enter accurate payee information and amounts on the designated screen. Errors in input may result in processing failures and may incur additional fees or refund fees.

3. The normal processing period is approximately 3 business days, but may be delayed due to financial institution holidays, exchange rate conditions, etc. We do not guarantee immediate processing.

Article 2 (Account Registration and Management)

1. Use of the Service requires account registration through the method specified by the Company. Please provide accurate information including name, contact information, and identity verification information.

2. If there are any changes to registered information, please update it promptly. Management of passwords, etc., is the responsibility of the Customer, and the Company is not responsible for unauthorized access, etc.

3. Minors must obtain parental consent before using the Service.

Article 3 (Exchange Rates, Fees, and Handling of Exchange Gains/Losses)

1. Use of the Service may incur fees according to the amount.

2. For payments involving foreign exchange, the exchange rate determined by the Company or its partners will apply. This rate fluctuates based on market conditions.

3. The rate includes the following actual costs:
 - Exchange fee: 1.8%
 - Fixed and variable fees at domestic and international financial institutions: Maximum 17,000 yen
(May vary depending on market conditions)

4. The displayed rate is an estimate, and there may be differences from the actual processing time. Exchange gains and losses belong to the Company.

Article 4 (Cancellation and Handling of Processing Errors)

1. Cancellation after completion of procedures is generally not accepted. However, refunds may be made in cases of incomplete processing or obvious input errors.

2. When refunding, the actual payment amount may not match due to the effects of exchange gains/losses and fees.

3. If processing cannot be completed normally due to delays in financial institution processing, incomplete information, etc., the Company will promptly contact the Customer and take appropriate action.

4. Refunds or reprocessing may take several days, and if exchange gains/losses occur, they will be borne by the Customer.

Article 5 (Notifications and Contact Methods)

Notifications or communications from the Company to the Customer will be made by email or by posting on the Service's My Page, by methods deemed appropriate by the Company. These notifications or communications are deemed to have reached the Customer at the time of sending or posting. The Customer shall always provide the Company with the latest and valid contact information and check the information on My Page as appropriate.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Customers must not engage in the following acts:

  • Use related to illegal acts or criminal acts (e.g., money laundering, fraud, etc.)
  • Impersonation using another person's information
  • Unauthorized use of the Service or unauthorized access to the system
  • Resale or unauthorized use of the Service
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service or other users

Article 7 (Service Suspension/Termination and Disclaimer)

1. The Company may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service in the following cases:
 - When technically necessary, such as system maintenance
 - Due to force majeure such as natural disasters or communication failures
 - When unauthorized use is suspected

2. The Company is exempted from liability for the following matters:
 - Service suspension due to natural disasters, etc.
 - Losses due to exchange rate fluctuations
 - Deficiencies due to customer input errors or insufficient information
 - External factors such as communication failures and system errors

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company will appropriately manage the Customer's personal information obtained in accordance with the Privacy Policy and will not provide it to third parties without the Customer's consent.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms without notice. If the Customer continues to use the Service after changes, it will be deemed that the Customer has agreed to the changes.

Article 10 (Governing Language)

These Terms are written in Japanese as the official language, and even if translations in other languages exist, the provisions in Japanese shall take precedence.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and in the event of a dispute, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
