For procedures involving foreign exchange, the exchange rate determined by the Company or its partners will apply.
Rates are updated from time to time based on market fluctuations.
The rate includes the following actual costs:
- Exchange fee: 1.8%
- Fixed and variable fees at domestic and international financial institutions: Maximum 17,000 yen
(May vary depending on market conditions)
The displayed rate is an estimate, and there may be differences from the actual processing time.
Exchange gains and losses belong to the Company.

Service Delivery Period

Cancellation and Refunds
